Frequently Asked Questions

1. When should I book an electrician or qualified installer?

We advise that you wait for delivery of your light fittings before booking an electrician or installer to install your ordered products. Hoxton Lights will not be liable for any third party costs should a light fitting not be delivered in time for an electrician or installer appointment.

The IP (International Protection) rating given to a piece of electrical apparatus is a two digit code indicating the degree of protection its enclosure provides.
