We offer free returns and exchanges if your item arrives damaged or if you change your mind subject to the following conditions:
In the event that your product does not reach you in perfect condition you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. We cannot accept liability for damage in transit if reported beyond this 48 hour window.
If you wish to return a product you must notify us within 15 days of the delivery then return the item to us within a further 15 days.
The returned product must not have been installed.
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will arrange collection at our expense and dispatch a replacement product to you.
If you wish to return a product because you no longer want the product then you are responsible for posting the item back to us at your own expense. The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must not have been installed. You will be refunded in line with our refunds policy. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.
Please note that if you are returning an item from outside of the European Union, the shipping charge element will not be refunded.
