The following returns policy covers return of items if the item arrives damaged, defective or if you change your mind.
If Your Product Arrives Damaged or Defective.
In the event that your product does not reach you in perfect condition you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. We cannot accept liability for damage in transit if reported beyond this 48 hour window. It is therefore very important that you inspect your product within 48 hours of delivery.
In the event of transit breakage notified within 48 hours, a product exchange will be arranged free of charge.
If You Change Your Mind
Customised or bespoke products cannot be returned under this section of the policy.
If the order is in production with one of our suppliers, it may not be possible to cancel the delivery. You can however return the product to us after delivery.
If you wish to return a product you must notify us within 15 days of the delivery then return the item to us within a further 15 days.
The returned product must not have been installed.
The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
You will be refunded in line with our refunds policy.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If Your Product Develops a Fault
Please refer to the warranty information on the individual product page.
The warranty does not cover any faults or damage caused by: failure to follow assembly/installation instructions; improper installation or operation; misuse; abuse; neglect; cleaning or accident (including failure to follow instructions regarding the usage of the correct bulb). If we determined that the goods have been disassembled or tampered with in any way other than by us then the warranty will not apply. The warranty does not apply to any patina or loss of finish.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.
Please note that if you are returning an item from outside of the European Union, the shipping charge element will not be refunded.
